FABRIC DETAILS ≫

Ⅰ. ヘンプ30%とオーガニックコットン70%を混紡したヘビーウェイトツイル。デニムのようなタフでヘビーな質感でありながら、ヘンプ特有のドライな肌離れと、オーガニックコットンの柔らかな肌触りを併せ持つ素材感。古来より神事や生活の中で用いられてきたヘンプと、自然の循環に寄り添うオーガニックコットンによる、静かなプリミティブさを宿したファブリック。ナチュラルな生成りの色味と綾織りによる表情が、立体的なドレープと奥行きのある陰影を引き立て、季節を問わず穿き込むほどに増していく風合い。

A heavyweight twill blended with 30% hemp and 70% organic cotton. While carrying a tough, heavy hand feel reminiscent of denim, it combines the dry, airy touch characteristic of hemp with the soft hand feel of organic cotton. Hemp, historically used in ritual and everyday life, meets organic cotton, a material that follows the cycles of nature, creating a fabric with a quiet primitive presence. The natural ecru tone and twill texture enhance the sculptural drape and deep, dimensional shadows, developing a richer character the more it is worn across seasons.

DESIGN DETAILS ≫

Ⅰ. 極めて一般的な前2枚・後2枚の4枚パネル構成をベースにしながら、前身頃に大胆なタックを加え、裾側ではそのタックを逆方向へ折り込むことで、ヴォルテックス［渦］のように捻れたダイナミックなドレープを形成。高度なパターンワーク。

Based on an extremely conventional four-panel construction with two front panels and two back panels, bold tucks are added to the front body and folded in the opposite direction toward the hem, forming a dynamic twisted drape like a vortex. Advanced patternmaking and sculptural construction.

Ⅱ. これ以上ないほどミニマルなパンツの構造を拡張し、膝から裾にかけて極端に膨らむバレルレッグによって、立体的かつ唯一無二のスーパールーズシルエットを構築。圧倒的なボリュームを持ちながらも、裾に向かって収束する設計により、引きずらずに穿ける実用性も両立。

Expanding the most minimal structure of trousers, the extreme barrel leg swelling from the knee toward the hem creates a sculptural and unmistakable super-loose silhouette. Its overwhelming volume is controlled by a tapered hem, allowing the dramatic form to remain wearable without dragging on the ground.

Ⅲ. ウエストはゴム仕様によるイージーな着用感に加え、見えない前開きには YKK 社製の最高級ファスナー EXCELLA® を採用。ラフな穿き心地の中にも、細部まで妥協のない作り込み。

The elastic waistband provides an easy fit, while the concealed front opening uses EXCELLA®, YKK’s highest-grade zipper. A relaxed wearing experience with uncompromising construction down to the details.

Ⅳ. ステッチには太番手のカタン糸を打ち込み、ワークウェア由来の無骨な表情を強調。ウエストコードには、アメリカ軍入隊時に支給されていたトレーニングシューズのシューレースをイメージしたリフレクターコードを使用し、ワーク、スポーツ、アヴァンギャルドの要素を一本のパンツで表現。

Heavy-count cotton thread is used for the stitching, emphasizing a rugged expression rooted in workwear. The waist cord uses a reflector cord inspired by the shoelaces of training shoes once issued upon enlistment in the U.S. military, expressing the elements of work, sports, and the avant-garde in a single pair of trousers.
